The Simple Concept is an eco-friendly shop & refillery in Durham, Ontario. We are located in Markets by Day Dream in Bowmanville. We provide eco-friendly product options and refills to help your home and lifestyle become more sustainable. We believe in reducing waste, protecting our families and the planet, and doing it in a simple way.

We offer prefilled refills ready to go for customers, or you can order online and pick up at the store. If you’d like to bring in your own containers, we ask that you book an appointment. We also offer delivery in the Durham area.

How Our Delivery Service Works

  2. Place your order online.
  3. We’ll deliver your order (unless you chose the pick-up option)
  4. Enjoy your products!
  5. Repeat.
