Pedestrian General

Pedestrian General is a refill delivery system in Nanaimo, BC, that works like a modern-day milkman (or woman in this case). We operate through online purchases and/or through local pop-ups. Our motto is to make refilling easy, getting as many sustainable goods into your home as we can with zero waste.

Each of our products is purchased in bulk and delivered locally in deposit jars. A funnel is included with your first order so that you can easily refill your favourite containers at home. We also carry a selection of glass bottles, pumps and sprayers if you want to up your aesthetic game! When you need another refill, simply order again via our website and leave your empty jar(s) outside to be swapped out with your next order. The jars are then sanitized and put back into the rotation to be used again.

Currently we service Nanaimo and Lantzville. If you live outside of these areas, we do offer a contactless pick-up service in North Nanaimo, just opt for “pick-up” at checkout.
