I was trying out some new weight loss friendly recipes that called for nutritional yeast. I looked everywhere and could find nothing. Made a phone call to BYOB and not only did they have some, she explained how best to store it. And I found my dog’s favorite treats in the store to boot. Great service
I believe the owner to be at times a charming and helpful individual who is her own biggest fan. I have also experienced times when I have felt she has talked down to me, used a curt tone, and recently was absolutely unpleasant. I have had limited success buying fresh nuts but, have never complained until now. I returned pine nuts that cost over $9 saying I could not eat them. Sandra dumped the bag, thrust the money in my hand, and said I am not going to argue with you. There was no apology and the experience was as awful as the rancid nuts! Yes there are many great products in the store but, unfortunately this experience leaves me not wanting to return!
First time visiting at the BYOB general store. Small, but packed full of great items. Had everything I needed plus more.
Having the staff fill your order was great. Not a fan of bulk food where everyone helps themselves, not all tend to use the scoop provided. BYOB totally focused on the best customer experience. Thank you Ladies
