Located in Winnipeg, Vita Health Fresh Market is one of Canada’s first health food stores. Our goal is to empower people to lead healthy lives, which we work toward by offering one of the largest selections of local, organic and non-GMO goods in Manitoba.

At Vita Health, we are also committed to sustainability and the environment. We partner with brands that have sustainable missions of their own, as well

• we work to divert food waste by donating twice weekly to two Mission food programs in Winnipeg,
• we participate in recycling programs,
• we work to reduce our food miles by working with an extensive network of local farmers and producers,
• we reduce our plastic consumption by offering biodegradable plastic bags, paper bags, and reusable bags. We also have a bring your own container program, for refilling bulk items.
• we strive to be energy efficient by choosing energy efficient equipment and supplies to run our stores.
