Toujours Dimanche Boulangerie is an artisanal bakery, coffee + pastry shop, and a boutique grocery store with zero waste, bulk goods in Matane, Gaspésie, Québec. In our bakery, everything is made on-site using local ingredients whenever possible. We serve artisanal breads with organic flour, pastries, and many baked goods!
We also serve coffee and other hot drinks. Toujours Dimanche is part of the La Tasse network run by La Vague, and so we have reusable to-go mugs available for your drinks, all you have to do is pay a $5 deposit that you can redeem when you return your mug to any La Tasse partner location, including ours.
In our store we carry a selection of bulk food, household & personal care items. Our bulk foods include oils + vinegars, grains, legumes, nuts + seeds, dried fruit, spices, chocolate, coffee, tofu, and more! Meanwhile, our bulk household & personal care items include dish soap, laundry detergent, stain remover, clays, shampoo + conditioner, and body wash, to name a few. Remember to bring your reusable containers and come see all that we have to offer!
