refillme is a mobile refillery & online eco store that delivers goods throughout Toronto. We offer a great selection of refillable household & personal care products, including laundry detergent, all-purpose cleaner, shower gel, lotion, and shampoo, to name a few. We also carry many zero waste everyday essentials, such as beeswax wraps, bamboo toothbrushes, produce bags and more! See the full selection of items we offer on our website.

Fun fact! Because invisible waste also matters to us, and as part of our commitment to make our planet a greener place, we are proud to make a small difference by providing zero-emission delivery with our e-wheels. We also collect household batteries for recycling and we pick-up select reusable containers + mugs for reusable takeout services in Toronto.

How It All Works

Step 1) Confirm your delivery area. Please refer to our website for specific delivery areas and delivery days for your area.

Step 2) Browse through our online shop & choose the items you’d like to purchase. When ordering refills there are three packaging options to choose from:

1. Refill your own container,
2. Use repurposed packaging, or
3. Buy a new jar.

Please note: If you live in a condo, please leave your buzzer number when placing your order so that we can buzz you when we arrive and you can place your empty jar at your door. If you have special delivery instructions, please provide them when checking out and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Step 3) On your delivery date, if you’ve chosen to refill your own containers place your empty jars on your doorstep by 10am. We will fill them once we arrive. Otherwise, we will leave your pre-refilled containers at your doorstep. You will receive a notification once your order has been delivered.

Step 4) Collect your order from your doorstep & celebrate!

Reusable Pick-Up Service

We love to support sustainable initiatives and to make your sustainable lifestyles easier and more convenient. That’s why we are partnering with Suppli and Muuse to be a “drop-off” point.

Suppli Reusable Takeout Containers

Suppli is a reusable container service that partners with restaurants and food shops throughout Toronto to provide reusable takeout containers so that when you order takeout you can easily say no to single-use.

If you have Suppli containers to return, we’ll pick them up when we’re dropping off your refillme order. When checking out your refillme order just let us know how many Suppli containers you’re returning and leave us the phone number associated with your Suppli account in the special instructions box. Then we’ll pick them up when we drop off your order and return the containers for you.

Muuse Reusable To-go Mugs

Muuse, on the other hand, supplies coffee shops and cafés in Toronto with reusable to-go mugs.

If you have Muuse cups to return, we’ll pick them up when we’re dropping off your refillme order. When placing your order, just let us know how many Muuse cups you’re returning. Then, on your delivery day, leave them outside along with any containers we’ll be refilling. We’ll pick them up when we deliver your order and return the cups for you.
