NousRire Laurentides – Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts

NousRire Laurentides is one cell of an organic & eco-responsible bulk food buying group spread across many regions throughout Québec. NousRire is committed to making quality, organic, socio-responsible, non-perishable food accessible to everyone, while helping you to save money and create a positive impact on the Earth and its inhabitants. We focus on eco-responsible actions by providing foods that are organic, local, fair trade, economically feasible, & zero waste, and by providing a community-positive experience.

To reduce packaging as much as possible, we order everything in bulk, and we encourage you to bring your own reusable containers for packaging your food. On our online shop you will find the following bulk food categories: grains, cocoa powder + chocolates, coffee, condiments, baking ingredients, flours, dried fruits, oils + vinegars, legumes, nuts + seeds, pasta, and super foods. We also have a category for Québec products to make it even easier to shop local.

You can find our Laurentides – Saine-Agathe-des-Monts pick-up & packing location in Val-David at Auberge du Vieux Foyer.

How NousRire Works

Step 1) Visit our online shop & fill your basket with your favourite foods.

Step 2) Choose your local pick-up location & time slot. The general ordering period is one order every two months. Visit our website to see when your local cell’s next ordering period is and when you’re next pick-up day is.

Step 3) If your schedule allows it, you can register as a volunteer to assist in the pick-up & packaging for the group’s orders. For each hour shared with the NousRire community, you’ll receive a discount on your next order.

Step 4) With your reusable bag & face mask, pick-up your pre-packaged order at the docking station at your chosen pick-up point & time slot. Due to COVID-19 we are temporarily pre-packing all orders in compostable bags & reusable glass jars. However, during “normal” times you will be able to bring your own containers to pack your food in yourself.
