Mere Enough Health Foods

Mere Enough Health Foods is a family run health food store in New Minas, Nova Scotia. We carry many package-free, bulk products including household cleaning & personal care products, DIY craft supplies, oils & butters, and botanical ingredients.

We have a bring your own container (BYOC) program, however, it works slightly differently for liquid vs solid products. For liquids and creams, the products are measured and priced by volume (mL), so please bring a bottle or jar that indicates the volume it holds. For our herbs and other solid products, they are measured and priced by volume, but we use cups rather than milliliters, so you can bring any clean container you’d like, since we’ll measure out the amount to put into your container beforehand.
