Little Plastic Footprint is a plastic-free online store that sells eco products for a plastic-free lifestyle. We have taken great care to ensure that all of our suppliers share our values, including being local and plastic-free. The vast majority of our suppliers are small suppliers based in Western Canada and we have worked hard to ensure our suppliers can offer plastic-free options. All of the products from Little Plastic Footprint can be bought 100% plastic-free. However, there are a few products that we do offer an optional plastic accessory for, including pumps for facial cleansers or droppers for beard oils.

Little Plastic Footprint offers local pick-up, local delivery within Calgary city limits, and shipping.

Our products are shipped using boxes and packaging materials that we have received from our suppliers.  Any plastic tape on the outside of the box was already there when we received it - we only use craft paper tape on our boxes. We also use biodegradable cello tape to cover the shipping label. 

All materials inside the box will be recyclable, or compostable. Note that if there are any packing peanuts inside your box (they may look like plastic) they are made from plant fibres and dissolve when soaked in water.

If we do use a bubble mailer to send you your products please be assured that we are reusing bubble mailers we have received in the past. We only use this packaging when it makes sense to do and strive to send out our orders in recycled cardboard boxes. 

If you have any special packing requests please feel to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate!
