Les Zerbes Folles is a specialty tea company & boutique in Sherbrooke, Quebec, that designs & produces herbal teas from high quality ingredients. In addition to our herbal teas, you will find a large variety of teas, hot chocolate, and plant-based lattes, all of which combine the usefulness of medicinal properties with the pleasure of taste.
At our Les Zerbes Folles boutique in the historic district of Sherbrooke, you can bring your reusable containers for our bulk infusion products or for the takeaway infusions we make on-site! We have an entirely plant-based menu, which includes iced teas, La Barbothé® (a natural alternative to Quebec’s slush), iced chai drinks, Italian sodas, homemade chocolate milk, tea ice cream made on-site, and more!
On our summer menu, we have more than 100 combinations of frozen drinks all designed and prepared on site! Remember, you can bring your OWN reusable containers, and we will transfer your infusions to the cash counter without even touching your glass.
